  • Cerina Shippey (she/they)

    Co-founder - Director of Community Outreach and Artistic Communication

    Nicknamed, the Star of the People, Cerina works intimately with Vanguard artists and their artistic needs. She amplifies the Vanguard’s presence in the art world by building company connections.

  • Sydney Oshuna (she/her)

    Co-founder - Director of Talent, Strategy, and Brand Partnerships

    Nicknamed, the Black woman behind the Black woman, Sydney pushes the Vanguard by strategizing artist career paths. With her support, artists can collaborate on the partnerships of their dreams.

  • Kevin Weems

    Head of Vanguard Accounting
